One-On-One Personal Training

One-On-One Personal Training is private training consisting of fitness programming tailored to the fitness goals of the client. We understand that no two bodies are the same and one size does not fit all in fitness programming. As you make progress and reach goals, your trainer will help you set and reach your next goals. Personal training clients are far more successful in reaching goals because, from your first session, your goals are the only focus of your customized fitness program. Additionally, your trainer understands the importance of diet and assists you in making nutritional improvements to complement your progress. The fitness journey is a lifestyle and at all times your trainer will treat it as such.

Partner Training

Partner Training sessions offer all of the benefits of One-On-One Training plus the added advantage of your favorite accountability buddy.

Small Group Private Training

Small Group Private Training sessions offer the opportunity to work out with up to three more people who have similar fitness goals and want to share their time making progress and reaching goals together.

Stretching Sessions

Private stretching sessions to target a specific muscle group causing chronic pain, limited mobility and decreased flexibility.
