Dawn’s fitness journey began with a personal trainer. After years of attempting to get fit on her own, the motivation, consistency and understanding discipline materialized through her relationship with a coach. The addiction to fitness, making progress, reaching goals, inspiring and helping others became an unexpected passion. It helped that she understood the challenges many face when starting or restarting their fitness journey. The obvious next step was to pursue her profession in personal training. Personal Trainer

Combined, Robert has been in physical therapy and a certified personal trainer for over 25 years. Robert’s motivation for helping others to overcome their injuries and achieve their fitness goals comes from seeing the happiness his clients and patients have when making progress. His background in rehabilitation gives him the ability to modify and/or adapt exercises and programs to fit each individual’s needs when the clients have pre-existing conditions or limitations. Whether you have fitness goals or are looking for post-physical therapy training, Robert is the trainer for you.
